All Standard product sample orders will be delivered within 10 business days from the date of order.
Custom samples can range in the production time based on the specific designs and color ways. For samples that are using standard patterns and colors in our existing yarn bank the samples will be delivered within 10 working business days. For custom samples that deviate from our standard patterns and yarn banks the samples may take 4-6 weeks. This information will be communicated throughout the process as to the true lead time for the sample.
All Standard and Non-Standard product orders have a delivery date of 4-6 weeks from the date of order.

Small Offices
"Small Office" shall be defined as a project implementing the approved PwC Small Office Strategies (SOS) and typically offices with 50 staff and/or a lease that is 3 years or less.
1 pattern from any of the 3 established color palettes shall be selected for the entire project. These carpets are matched up with other pre-selected finishes that work within the designated color palette (A, B or C).
These are all standard broadloom carpet on EcoWorx Broadloom backing for enclosed offices, team rooms, focus rooms, conference rooms, and reception areas.
Engagement Office Projects
Projects for engagement offices that are relocations or renovates in place (full carpet replacement). This standard applies if the lease is 5 years or less, but do not fall under the "Small Office Strategy". These may also be a solution for projects where the budget is mroe critical and the elase is not more than 5 years. May also be appropriate for expansions if the lease will not be renewed after 5 years.
Carpet tile products for:Open areas, corridors, training rooms, large workrooms. Larger room such as boardroom, large conference rooms and reception may be specified with carpet tile. All products have EcoWorx backing.
Broadloom products for: Enclosed offices, team rooms, focus rooms, conference rooms, reception and boardroom (at discretion of the Design Team). These products have EcoWorx backing for broadloom.
Typical Relocation Project
This would include projects that are relocation or renovate in place (full carpet replacement) with lease terms that are 6 years or more. This may also include expansion projects dependent upon local office opinion on matching existing finishes and/or individual circumstances of the expansion.
Carpet tile products for:Open areas, corridors, training rooms, large workrooms. Site Boundary and Site Lines are eligible for a custom color program with a year minimum. All products have the EcoWorx backing.
Broadloom products for: Enclosed offices, team rooms, conference rooms, reception and boardroom. Larger rooms such as boardroom, large conference rooms and reception may be specified with carpet tile selections above if approved by the design team. These products shall be specified with EcoWorx broadloom backing.
