Shaw Integrated Solutions/Service Program: Scope of Work

Shaw Integrated Solutions (SIS) Service Program is designed to provide PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) the opportunity to purchase the specific level of service which compliments (not duplicates), PwC's resources. With the Service Program Shaw Contract provides:

  • Flooring Consultation - Shaw will operate in a consultative fashion to aid PwC in decisions regarding flooring selections. This will include working with the parties responsible for specifying product styles, colors and material types. It is our intent to help PwC make wise decisions regarding their floor covering selections. We will work to make sure that the proper material construction, style and color match the application to prevent potential issues from occurring down the road. We will also work to ensure that projects are approached from the most efficient manner with regard to project scheduling and installation techniques.
  • Standards Programs - PwC has selected a standard group of products from which to select and they include:

  • Nationwide Network of Flooring Contractors - Shaw maintains a nationwide network of trained and certified flooring contractors. These contractors will provide the required installation services to PwC. Our dedication to working with quality flooring contractors that are trained in proper installation techniques extends our quality assurance program outside the walls of the manufacturing facility and into your facility.
     
  • Product Care Guidelines - Shaw will work with PwC to design a standard post implementation maintenance plan including initial cleaning schedule and process, subsequent cleaning plan, and regular maintenance procedures to be followed at the local level. Shaw will work with the local landlord and/or property manager, as appropriate, to implement the maintenance plan.
